Program Management & IT Operations

TeraSense partners with our customers to meet operational objectives, meet mission intent, and provide enterprise IT capabilities with a service delivery model which is comprised of industry leading best practices (PMBok, FCAPS, ITIL v4, ISO 20000 ITSM).

 

Our team provides formal project management support and contracts administration. TeraSense systems and procedures enables delivery of complex work initiatives on time, within budget, and to an agreed upon level of quality in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI ML3 Certified processes.

 

TeraSense engineers apply our customized ITSM processes with disciplined performance, incident, change, configuration, and release management. Our approach to deliver IT operations is based upon ITIL V4 core processes leveraging ServiceNow and Jira. Our professionals are able to adapt swiftly to government approved ITSM solutions to collect, manage, control, analyze and report on service desk operations, ensuring both continued performance and visibility into operations.

Administrative & Procurement Support

TeraSense professionals manage DOD and Federal acquisition programs. Our team supports the procurement of supplies, services, and research and development using formal advertising/marketing procedures, entering negotiation procedures, evaluating contract price proposals, and administering close out of contracts. Our personnel have a great working knowledge of the legislation, regulations (DEAR, FAR), and methods used in federal contracting, a knowledge of business and industry practices, industry sources of supply, cost factors, and requirements gathering (PWS/SOW writing).

TeraSense administrators schedule and host meetings, prepare senior leaders for meetings, oversee VTC’s, pass necessary and important trainings, produce ad-hoc reports, and drafted monthly status reports compliant with PWS and COR requirements. Our personnel schedule, tear-down, and setup conference rooms for executive meetings, and coordinate, generate, and distribute meeting agendas and read ahead packets prior to meetings.
